Welcome to Westside JCC's Second Annual One. Healthy. Community. 5k run & walk. The funds raised from participant fees and donations will support Westside JCC's health and wellness programs for individuals with special needs, children, youth, and senior adults. Join us as a runner, walker or volunteer, and help us make a difference in our community.
The event will take place rain or shine!
All participants will receive the following....
- Finisher medal
- T-shirt
- Goody bag
- FREE BREAKFAST , drink and kids fun zone at the health and wellness expo following the race
Race Packet Pick Up
Early registration packet pick up will be available. Date and time TBD.
On race day, registration will be open starting at 6:30am. Please plan on arriving at least one hour before your designated start time. Registration packet pick up will be at Westside Jewish Community Center (5870 W. Olympic Boulevard, 90036). Please enter the JCC off of the Olympic Boulevard entrance. Volunteers will direct you to the registration packet pickup location.
Parking
For runners that register in advance only, race day parking is available at the Olympia Medical Center parking structure located on the Northwest corner of West Olympic Boulevard and Genesee Avenue. There are limited spaces available and will be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Please have your id card and registration confirmation email available to show to the parking attendant.
For runners that register on the day of the event, street parking is available on Olympic Boulevard. Please be sure to read street signs and observe all parking restrictions.
Save the hassle of parking altogether and take either Uber or Lyft to our event.
Race course
The course for the event is USATF Certified and will be officially timed. It will be an out and back 5k course on San Vicente Boulevard between Olympic Boulevard and La Brea Avenue. The start and finish line will be located on San Vicente Boulevard near Stanley Avenue.

5K Run & Walk: 8:00 am sharp
Kid Sprint: 9:30 am sharp
Health and Wellness Expo: 8:00am - 10:30am
Kids Fun Zone: 8:00 am - 10:30 am
