Join us for Columbia’s 2nd Annual Backyard Bash. The 5k is kicks off this all day community event featuring Touch-a-Truck, games, bounce houses, and food trucks.

All 5K participants will receive a high-quality technical T-shirt, Finisher’s Medal, and FREE Breakfast.  

Professional chip timing is provided by Bluepoint Race Management (http://www.bluepointtiming.com/).

Course: Winding through the scenic neighborhoods of Columbia, the 5k starts and finishes at the Atholton SDA church, 6520 Martin Rd, Columbia, MD 21044. The course takes runners up Martin Rd, and then turning left onto Owen Brown for about a ½ mile. Turning left onto Cardinal Ln, the course proceeds downhill followed by a quick uphill. Turning right and then left onto Freetown Rd, runners will pass Atholton High and then descend on Fair Oaks to Quarterstaff which will lead to the finish line back at the church.

Awards: Top three overall awards to top men and women. Everyone will receive a finisher’s medal.
