Description
Running club is for youth ages 7-12 interested in cross country or track and helps them to focus on goal setting, learning to set a reasonable pace, mental toughness, body mechanics, injury prevention and sharing a passion for running! Lessons include sprint workouts, hills, time trials and more!
Participants should wear comfortable clothing to run around in, not jeans! Please also pack your child with a water bottle and have them use the restroom before class begins!
