Event Description

Whether you want to experience the scare of Bigfoot through the Windrock mountains, or you want to try to win one of these awesome, sought out trophies, this race is for you! Come to Windrock Park on November 1, 2020 to run or walk in the vast scenery and crunching leaves. Proceeds from the Bigfoot Blast 5K & 10K will be going to Boys & Girls Club of North Anderson County whose mission is "to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens."

Date/Time:  Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 2 p.m. Packet pickup from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. 

Race Day Registration Available but your shirt size will not be guaranteed.

Location:  Windrock Park Campground, 555 Windrock Park Lane, Oliver Springs, TN 37840.  When you reach the campground, follow the signs to the race area.

Course Description:  Windrock Park's 5th annual 5K walk/run and 10k run, are challenging trails with rolling hills and a beautiful mountain view.  This trail consists of gravel, dirt and rock.  Will there be a Bigfoot sighting?  You know it!  Maybe a few...

Registration and Fees:  5k Cost: $35.00 with a $3.00 Registration Fee, day of event $40.  10k Cost: $40 with a $3.00 Registration Fee, day of event is $45.

Awards:  Overall, Age Groups and Teams.

Safety:  There will an aid station about half way through the course.  No bicycles or strollers are allowed on the course.
