Lace up your Shoes !  Kiwanis of Hampstead and Breakaway Fitness are proud sponsors for this charitable event  - 3 mile Run.

 July 13th Run starts at 7:30am.  This 3 mile  run starts and ends at Soundside Park.  Starts at Soundside Park goes across the bridge down Atkinson Rd then back across the bridge to Soundside Park.  This is a timed run.   Breakaway Fitness is giving away Frisbees.  This is a timed Run.  Check in time starts at 6:45 AM and will end 20 minutes before the RUN.
