Run Hub is proud to host a fun, friendly, and first-class program for beginning walkers and runners of all fitness abilities to prepare for a fall 5K. This group is designed to help you on your personal fitness journey by providing you with coaching and teammates who share similar goals, turning the tough grind of training into a fun, social experience.
This customized program is designed to get you from the couch to the finish line of the annual EWEB 5K on Nov. 20, or the Turkey Stuffer 5K on Nov. 24th.
The training group meets every Tuesday from Sept. 27 to Nov. 15 at Run Hub NW, at 6:00 pm.
Training Program Includes:
Class with speaker and workout - Tuesdays @ 6:00 pm
Free optional community run from Run Hub - Wed @ 6:00 pm and Sat @ 9:00 am
Coaching and support:
8 week long individualized training program schedule
Unlimited access to coaches via text, email and phone
Speakers on topics from equipment, training, to nutrition and race day prep
Included in registration fee are a Team Run Hub tech shirt.
This program will also include a 4-week foam rolling class, every Sunday from Oct 2 to 23 @ 10:30-11:30 am at Run Hub taught by Kristen Tucker of MobFit Studio.
