Event Description

A warm evening start for a cool race finish! 

with an early evening start time, this half marathon will start in the warm dusk with Sept. temperatures cooling down as the evening goes on. Runners should finish before dark but headlamps are advised. Aid stations will be managed by happy, friendly, volunteers to encourage you along the way.

The course is an out-and-back on a dirt fireroad. It's a great course to run a negative split as it's mostly uphill out and downhill back. it's not very technical just a wide dirt road. with good footing no matter the weather. A volunteer will be taking #s at turnaround point.
