Welcome to Hope for the Homeless' 4th annual 5K!

Trick or Trot 5K Costume Fun Run is hosted by Hope for the Homeless at USF. We are a student organization at USF that is dedicated to serving the homeless community of Tampa Bay. The 5K will be held at Crews Lake Wilderness Park (Pavilion #1, there will be signs throughout the park). All ages are welcome to participate, so come on out and join us for a morning with a 5K run/walk, a costume contest, a raffle with awesome prizes and lots of fun!  All while helping raise money for the homeless community of Tampa Bay! The money raised will be going towards creating and donating care packages to the homeless community. Each signup will contribute to the donation of approximately 1 care package.

Tickets are $15 until October 1st when the price will increase to $20, so sign up today! For groups of 10 or more, there is a $5 discount per runner when you select multi-person signup during registration.

N.B.: We have chosen not to time our race with chips, as we want all the proceeds from the 5K to go towards creating care packages for the homeless. We will record the time of the first two males and females crossing the finish line. We will also have a stopwatch right by the finish line, so you can come and look at your approximate running time. With that being said, we encourage you to bring your own stopwatch to time yourself if you want that. This is a fun run, and it is an excellent 5K for training, if you will be competing in a 5K or 10K after this race.
