Event Description

A Fun 5K Road Race or Bike Ride in Old New England Town. Loop course, Mostly flat with a mild roller or two. Mix of walkers, fun runners, Families who bike and/or run, and some serious runners looking for a great 5K.  Goes through our old cemetery. Watch out for Zombie's, Prizes for dressing up and for performance, Monster Coffee Mug,, and huge homecooked meal that is always a big hit (1st 90 to sign up) at the First Parish Unitarian Church (Race Beneficiary) right across the street from The Town Hall. Kids often bike or walk and there is lead and Sweep Adult Biker, Police presence and attended intersections. With the price discount for familiies up to 5, some families come to just to watch, dress up in Halloween garb and enjoy the breakfast.

(This Map is accurate but for some reason the map says it starts in Bernarston, this is incorrect as you can tell from the Map it clearly starts in Northfield!)

Parking: Plenty right at town Hall.

Breakfast: To follow the race in the church across the street for first 90 registrants  

Registration starts at 7:30am inside the Church across from Town Hall before Race 

Please dress for the Season in Halloween garb if you can, it makes it fun for all!
