Event Description

The 8th annual Jeffrey's Rainbow Run is to honor the life of Salem Resident Jeffrey Bourgeois, who's life was lost in a tragic accident in the Spring of 2012. Proceeds from this race fund a scholarship in his name given to three graduating students at East Lyme High School who look to further their education in the Animal Sciences field or a career in which they will work with children.

Event details and schedule

The race begins promptly at 6 PM, race organizers will be set-up at the entrance to McCook Point Park for packet pick-up and pre-race concessions.
Parking is available within the park and at the VFW located just before the park.

 After the awards ceremony, the film "Toy Story" will be shown at sunset in the park.

Pre-registration ends on September 10th. Race fees will go up $5.00 on September 11th.
