Event Description
Louisville's original Thanksgiving Day Run.
This year marks the 40th year for a true local tradition. Set in the awesome fall splendor of Iroquois Park, this 5-mile race is THE way for Louisvillians to prep for their Turkey Day.
NEW THIS YEAR:
-Each participant will receive a commemorative Finisher's Medal marking both the race and its 40th year.
-We will be drawing for TWO Grand Prizes of $400 after the race (you must be present to win).
-Age group winners will receive their awards on race day, instead of by mail

Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be held on November 26 and 27 at Swag's Sport Shoes south end location. Race day packet pickup will also be available.

1st place: $150
2nd place: $100
3rd place: $50
Age groups (male and female):
1st place: $20
2nd place: $15
3rd place: $10
Eugene Baker Memorial Award
$50 to the oldest runner
Stroller Award
$20 to the first runner who crosses the finish line with a stroller
(Note: stroller runners must begin behind other runners)
Course:
The course starts near the playground and goes up the hill to the top of the park, and back. Race has one water stop, and splits will be called.
