Race Route:
The 5K route begins and ends at Ocala's Citizen Circle located downtown and proceeds through the downtown Historic District. The course is 100% asphalt with water provided at 1.5 miles and the finish line. A Course Map can be found HERE
Awards & Prizes:
Door prizes can be won by all, with awards given to both Male and Females in the below categories:
- Overall Open (0-39) winner
- Overall Masters (40+) winner
- Age Divisions (1st, 2nd, 3rd) 9 and under, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, 18-20, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+
Early packet pick-up is held at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Ocala, 2275 SW 22nd Lane, Ocala, on Friday, March 6, 2020 from 9am-6pm and then again on race day at Citizen's Circle, Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 630am-745am.

You're going to love this year's race shirt! Stay tuned for the all new design and shirt color! Choose the Ladies "V" or Gents "Crew" neck. Register now as your shirt size selection is only guaranteed when you register by 2/1/20. After that date, your shirt will be the closest available size. (Please note, shirt design runs small, order accordingly.)
Costume Contest:
Wear your best green & show your Irish spirit for the "Luck of the Irish" costume contest. The best costume wins a prize!

This medal celebrates our race's 10th Anniversary. The 1st 400 race participants to chase the leprechaun over the rainbow will earn this Pot Of Gold Speed Award when they cross the Finish Line. This bling is a prize for speed & not a Finisher Medal.

The BHRS is a 10 race series throughout North and Central Florida that allows runners/walkers of all levels to achieve prizes and perks as they move through this fitness challenge. All series participants in this year long challenge will be able to challenge themselves by acquiring points based on their race finish time &/or simply compete each race at their own pace to earn series medals.
