The 8th Annual Hearts at Work 5K Run/Walk for The American Heart Association. Sunday January 19, 2020  at beautiful Markham Park in Sunrise.

Check in: 7:00 am;    Race begins: 7:30am.   AccuChip timed event.  Course is USA Track and Field certified.

Free Nike DRI-FIT Race shirts to all participants.  Race shirts not guaranteed if registration is 2 weeks prior or less. FINISHER MEDALS AWARDED TO ALL PARTICIPANTS as they cross the finish line.

First, Second and Third place M/F MEDALS awarded by age groups, as follows: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19,  20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70+.  PRIZES for overall winners.

BREAKFAST after the race. MUSIC provided by DJ Saul of Turntable Events. Award ceremony immediately following the race.  Packet pick-up  moves quickly day of race. Please be sure to sign the online waiver.

Park entrance fee is $1.50. Bringing correct change will help speed up the line! Plan on leaving a few minutes earlier then usual!

EARLY BIRD  registration price is $30.00 if registered by midnight on October 31, 2019.

Then REGULAR RACE registration price is $35.00 if registered by midnight on January 5, 2020. 

Finally, RACE registration price is $40.00 last 2 weeks prior if registered by midnight on January 17, 2020.

DAY OF RACE registration is $45.00.

This race has a No-Refundable policy.

Packet Pick-up will be announced at a later date and all registered runners will receive notification of the location(s)!
