Event Description

The Deschutes Dash is a Central Oregon classic and not to be missed on your event schedule! We offer sprint and Olympic distance triathlon, duathlon and aquabike courses for individuals and relay teams as well as 5K and 10K runs. Beautiful River Bend Park is the venue. Come and enjoy all that Bend has to offer. 

The Deschutes Dash is located in beautiful Bend, Oregon.  Bend is located in central Oregon along the crystal clear waters of the Deschutes River.  Bend is the outdoor playground of the west with lakes and mountain peaks of the Cascades to the west, and miles and miles of trails right in town.  With over 300 days of sunshine a year, Bend is an amazing place for recreation.

The unique down river swim in the Deschutes river makes the swim fast and fun.  The bike course is a local's favorite, as it heads up the Cascade Lakes Highway, and the run meanders along the banks of the Deschutes River before heading onto hardpack trail and pavement.  The Deschutes Dash is a USAT sanctioned event.
