Course Description: 
Welcome to Conquer Our Run’s Fall Crawl at the strand in Hermosa Beach. Join us for a fun filled morning and bring your Moms, Dads, Children, girlfriends, husbands, wives, partners and friends should join you for an early morning run ! The beautiful beachfront scenery and conquest friendly running environment is the perfect place to conquer your limits 1 run at a time. We dare you to join us ! Accept the Challenge!

Participation Limit: 50

Awards:Finishing medals to all participants! Top finishers take home something too!

Time Limit:  1.5 hours

Total Track Length: 5K - $28 (NON-REFUNDABLE) on strand -- flat surface.

Parking: There is plenty of parking along the street above the beach or in the parking near the end of the strand. Parking is available on Herondo or Hermosa Ave.  or at the Sea Lab.
