Event Description

Clinic Purpose - USA Triathlon’s NCAA program is thriving. With 30 current programs, institutions are finding triathlon is a great addition to their varsity sports menu. In an effort to support recruitment needs, USAT has established junior high/high school clinics/combines around the U.S. Our focus is to expose young women to the sport and help our institutions with recruitment.

NCAA Presentation: 10:15-11:00 AM @ Playtri Performance Center

Get Ready to Swim: 11:00-11:15 AM @ Playtri Performance Center

Walk/Drive to Pool: 11:15-11:30 AM

Timed 100m Freestyle Swims: 11:30 AM-12:15 PM @ Craig Ranch Fitness Center (approx. 1/4 mile from Playtri)

Change into Run Gear: 12:15-12:30 PM @ Craig Ranch Fitness Center

Timed 1 Mile Runs: 12:30-1:00 PM @ Craig Ranch Track (by Fitness Center)

Walk Back to Playtri: 1:00-1:30 PM

OPTIONAL Bike Skills Clinic: 1:30-2:30 PM @ Playtri Performance Center
