Half distance Triathlon & AquaBike

SWIM:

Begin your morning with a gorgeous 1.2 mile swim around the perimeter of the Lower Lake of the Cassadaga Lakes.  In-water wave starts for men, women and relay teams. Men and women changing tents available in transition.

BIKE:

56 miles will take you on an epic, hilly, beautiful ride that will give you up-hills, down-hills, rolling fun, fast curves with views of Lake Erie from the top of the Chautauqua Ridge and aromas of the plentiful concord grape vineyards that you will go whizzing by.  The course is a 28 mile loop that you will complete twice.  Two aid stations; mile 14/42 and mile 28 stocked with Hammer Nutrition products, plenty of water and other treats with port-a-johns at both. Opportunities for your spectators to see you go by as you head out to your second loop.  Special Needs Bag can be dropped off at the second aid station on your way to check-in on race morning.  SAG vehicle and bike support.

Participants in the Aqua Bike competition will complete the event after the bike.  Finishers will check in at the table in transition once they dismount to clock their official finish time and make their way to the finish line for their race medals.  There are no relay team entries for the AquaBike.
