Event Description

Each year, hundreds of riders are killed in motorcycle accidents. In May of 2019, Ret. TPD Ofc. Michael Proctor died after being hit by a vehicle while on his motorcycle. Mike was a dedicated TPD Motor Training Instructor and spent his retired years continuing his passion bringing awareness and teaching safe riding practices to anyone in need. This ride is dedicated to the charming spirit and passion Mike had for motorcycles and motorcycle safety. The ride begins with a special ceremony to honor Fallen Riders. It will be a fun ride with stops at local police departments with a finish line event that will include a BBQ, prizes, a police motorcycle demonstration, safety talks and maneuvers, music and more.
