Event Description

"Why walk, when you can dance?"  

Join Twinkle Toes Dance Studio on Saturday, December 14th, 2019, as we, walk, run, dance, and jeté 3.1 miles to the finish line of Ann Dever Park in Englewood.  This chip timed 5k is sure to become one of your new annual favorite races, with a great breakfast, finisher's medals for all, a new race shirt and of course some tasty adult beverages for those not so "tiny dancers"!  Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome, and no, this is not an event for just dancers, this is for the whole community!

Race morning schedule: 

Packet Pick-Up:  6:30 a.m. to 7:45 
Race Start:  8:00 a.m. 
Post-Race Celebration: From the First Finisher until 10:30 a.m. 
 

Registrations are non-refundable.  Timely transfers or deferrals are allowed.  Email Amber at amber@gulfbreezeapparel.com for more information.

We love our pets too but they are not allowed at Ann Dever Park for the Grand Jeté 5K.  Charlotte County Parks prohibits dogs, cats and other pets except for dogs trained to assist or aid disabled or handicapped persons when such dogs are actually being used to assist or aid such persons.

Grand Jeté 5K is a rain-or-shine event; however, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to severe, inclement weather, emergency, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control.  In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of entry fees.
