Event Description
Join us for an 8 week Beginner 5K Training (run/walk) program for women! We will meet every Tuesday evening at 6:15 pm and two Saturday mornings (8:00 am) for a run and breakfast get-together. The last day of training will be on Tuesday, December 10th.
Training starts on October 22nd. Our target races will be: Barb's 5K December 14th (Saturday) and The Atlanta Christmas 5K December 21st (Saturday).
