Event Description
A Flat and Fast 5K (3.1 miles) course in Historic Downtown Sanford along the gorgeous Lake Monroe waterfront. The Start and Finish will take place at Wop's Hops Brewing Co. All Friends and Family are encouraged to run or walk this beautiful 5K benefiting Kids House Children’s Advocacy Center. It is Seminole County’s child abuse prevention and treatment center. This morning run/walk will be chip-timed. All participants will receive a race bib with a disposable Timing Chip.
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A FINISHER'S MEDAL!

Kids House Wayne Densch Children’s Advocacy Center serves as the single point of contact for child abuse investigations for Seminole County, Florida. Our mission is to prevent child abuse and to aid child abuse victims and families by providing coordinated services in a safe, child-friendly environment, from report and investigation through treatment and resolution. Each year, nearly 2,000 children visit our center for forensic interviewing and medical examinations, crisis intervention and advocacy, referral and information, mental health therapy and education and prevention services.

PACKET PICKUP DATES & TIMES
Early Packet Pickup will take place on Friday, March 20th from 2PM - 6PM at Wop's Hops Brewing Co (419 Sanford Ave, Sanford, FL 32771). If you are not able to make on Friday, you can pick up your race items on race day at Wop's Hops Brewing Co beginning at 6:45AM.
MOISTURE WICKING TECH T-SHIRTS
Each Registered Participant will receive a gender specific tech shirt. Sizes are not guaranteed for
registrations received after February 28, 2020.

6:45AM - Registration and packet pickup will take place
8:00AM - 5K start
8:30AM - Pancake breakfast will begin
9:00AM - 5K ends
9:15AM - Free Kids Run Dash (for children 7 & under)
9:30AM - Awards Ceremony at Wop's Hops Brewing Co.
FINISHER MEDALS - Race Capacity is 750!
All participants receive a finisher medal upon completion of the event! The capacity of this race is 750 registered participants.

RESTRICTIONS
For safety concerns in-line skates, skateboards, and dogs will not be allowed on the course.
TIMING & SCORING
Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided, which will be attached to the back of the bib. We do ask that all participants wear their bib number on the front of the shirt or shorts.
