9th Annual "Trot the Manor" Thanksgiving Day Tradition
- Well Sorta...This year we are continuing the annual Trot the Manor Turkey Trot with a little twist... a virtual Turkey Trot! It has been a challenging year, to say the least, but help us continue this tradition virtually.
Whenever and Wherever!
- Well wherever is true...this year we are starting the run on Wednesday, November 25th and ending on Sunday, November 29th.
- Run anytime and anywhere between November 25th to November 29th
- Where do you run? Wherever USA! Race map for Trot the Manor included for reference.
It's still a Fundraiser!
- Proceeds to benefit the Chatham Borough Fire Department and other local first responders!
How do I Register?
- This year we are offering a 5K or 1 Mile Fun Run.
- Registration on the runsignup website (just like last year)
Will I get Shirt?
- Yes! Everyone that signs up by Wednesday, November 15th will get a shirt
- Pick up shirts at Chatham Sports Shop, 257 Main St (10-5PM)
- Monday, November 23rd
- Tuesday, November 24th
- Wednesday,November 25th
- More details to follow
- Any unclaimed shirts not picked up by December 1st will be donated.
Cost?
- Cost is $25 for 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run
Food Drive:
- This year our junior Trot the Manor committee members (aka our 8 children) will also be spearheading a food drive in an effort to provide food to those in need. Poverty and hunger are unfortunately nothing new, but with the current Covid-19 pandemic, we believe there is an even more pressing need. Food drives are a great opportunity to help our neighbors in need and we encourage you to join in our efforts. Please be on the lookout for additional information
- Please drop off non-perishable food items to 24 Jackson Ave, Chatham, NJ by Wednesday, November 25th.
