- Early packet pick-up late registration on Friday, December 13, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at Pacers Running Store, 3100 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington VA 22201 (703-248-6883) or a location to be named later
- Free parking underground at Trader Joe's, 1200 North Garfield Street, Arlington VA 22201 -- 90 minutes free with any purchase
- Race-day packet pick-up and race-day registration on Saturday, December 14, 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM, on-site at Glencarlyn Park, 4955 Columbia Pike, Arlington VA 22204 -- Free parking on-street and at nearby shopping plazas

- 9:00 AM -- Christmas tree sales begin
- 11:00 AM -- Christmas tree sales pause
- 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM -- Race-day packet pick-up and race-day registration open on-site
- 11:50 AM -- Official welcome to the race by race manager Jay Jacob Wind and race director Emily Carnes
- 11:52 AM -- Introduction of the officers of Arlington South Lions Club and Old Dominion Eye Foundation
- 11:55 AM -- Presentation of the colors and National Anthem
- 11:57 AM -- Course description and safety instructions
- 12:00 AM -- Run / Walk start
- 12:15 AM -- First finisher
- 12:45 AM -- Last finisher (approximate)
- 12:50 AM -- Presentation of awards -- 1st, 2nd, 3rd male & female overall; 1st, 2nd, 3rd male & female in 10-year age groups -- We will soon announce the awards, courtesy of our sponsors
