**Please note this race is primarily for the Fort Hunt Elementary Community & Surrounding Schools**

• Individual Fee:  $15 per runner to receive a T-shirt and a medal (*optional*)
• Registration Deadline:  Tuesday, October 6.
• Refunds:  Due to the up-front cost of running this event, absolutely no refunds can be given.
• T-Shirt and Medal Pickup: Drive-through pickup event on Saturday, October 24 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm in the main driveway of FHES.

Registrations in by October 6 are guaranteed a race T-Shirt before the race-- Sign up now!

***PLEASE NOTE: Anyone can run the virtual race without registering, and submit a race photo to forthuntfoxtrot@gmail.com. If not ordering a t-shirt, we encourage you to wear any Fort Hunt t-shirt that you have to show your FHES pride!

The Fort Hunt Elementary 1-Mile Thanksgiving Fox Trot is not just a fantastic community event - it is a tradition!  For the past 17 years, runners of all ages and experience levels have come out for this fun 1-Mile event.  This year, we have had to make the decision to move to a "virtual race." That means runners can run the mile on their own time, any day between October 24 and November 29! We recommend the Fort Hunt Park Loop, from the back side of Pavilion A (the traditional race starting point) running counter-clockwise to just past the small brick hut, adjacent to the parking lots for Pavilion A. (See below for Suggested Route.) However, you can use the maps feature on your phone (or an app like MapMyRun) to run a one-mile route in your own neighborhood or anywhere you can run safely!
