The world recently lost an incredible man, Muhammad Ali. In his honor, and in respect to his courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease, we are hosting a STING LIKE A BEE 5K to help KNOCKOUT PARKINSONS! (inspired by his famous quote: Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. You’ll see a butterfly and a bee on the medal).
This is a virtual race, so you can participate from anywhere in the world and we will ship your medal directly to you.
We will also be donating at least 20% of each registration to the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center. “The center’s staff is committed to providing excellence in diagnosis, treatment, research, and education for people with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders.”

What: This is a virtual run (or walk) 5K to celebrate one of the greatest boxers of all time and to raise awareness and funds for Parkinson’s disease!
When: Complete your race any time between now and November 30, 2016
*Medals will ship out within 2 to 5 days of signing up.
Where: You choose the course and you time yourself (you’ll report your finishing time to us). Why: Because this is our way of celebrating a great person and raising funds for Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center. (typically about $5). Our goal is to raise $5,000! *We are in no way affiliated with this charity, we like to choose a different charity for each of our races and are happy to raise funds for them.
