Event Description
The St. James Turkey Trot is a family-friendly 5k and 100-yard dash race located in Springfield, VA. The St. James is the premier destination for sports, wellness and active entertainment -- and we're offering a way for the whole family to get some exercise before indulging on their Thanksgiving feasts!
Event details and schedule
Packet pick-up will be available at The St. James on Tuesday 11/25 and Wednesday 11/26 from 9:00 AM-7:00 PM in the lobby. Please note that the 5k event is rise or shine. Please wear appropriate running gear.
Parking is free and is available in the non-member (south) lot.
11/28 Thanksgiving Day
The following will take place in the Field House at The St. James!
8:00 AM Warmup
8:15 AM 100-yard dash (8 & under)
8:30 AM Race starts
9:45 AM Race finish
10:00 AM Childcare pick-up
The 5K will start and finish near the back of the field house and loops around the complex and surrounding business park area.
After the race, participants can pick up their swag bags and head to Vim & Victor located at the entance of The St. James for a complimentary omelet bar!
