Santa Run - Fun Run/Walk

(or snowshoe or moonboot if conditions warrant:)

When:  Saturday, December 7, 2019 8:00 a.m. 

              Where: Black River Falls Chamber of Commerce

Who: Kids, adults - any human

What: ½ mile, 1 mile, or 5k

Details:

5k Fun Run - Out and back on the Foundation Trail - all ages

Kids Run/Walk - Kids (of any age) can choose between a half mile or full mile out and back course on the Foundation Trail

Virtual Run option: Can’t be in BRF on 12/7 but want to be a part of the fun?  Run on your own and we’ll ship the run swag for an extra $8 per address or FREE if you are able to pick your shirt and hat up at the High school.

Prizes:

In lieu of medals, ALL participants will be crowned with Santa hats and scarfs upon completion of the course:-)  We may even throw in some jingle bells to help keep the run festive.  *Extra goody bags for the kids

Top three overall males and females in the 5k will get their choice of prize (1st dibs goes to 1st place in each gender).  Santa prize packs will be given to all child participants (day of registration not guaranteed).

Suggested donation for Entry Fee: $30 adult, $20 children

Proceeds will go toward the Black River Falls High School science student trip to the Galapagos Islands in June of 2020.

In the spirit of giving?  Bring an item or items for the Animal Shelter,  or the Food Pantry, and we’ll be sure the items get where they belong.
