Welcome to the registration page for the MCRRC Run Performance Lab!

You must be a current MCRRC member to make an appointment for the Run Performance Lab.  Clinics are held monthly with appointments at 10 AM, 10:45 AM and 11:30 AM typically - each appointment time is limited to 4 participants to ensure the proper focus on all of our runners!  If you are not a current MCRRC member, you will have the opportunity to join MCRRC during the registration process.
