Event Description

Run Voyages Point Reyes Running and Yoga Retreat (January 14-15, 2017) - The retreat will include group long runs (6-10 miles) on gorgeous coastal trails, yoga tailored for runners, professional coaching, drills, as well as healthy group meals. The 2015 female Ultrarunner of the year Magda Boulet will coach and run with the group. Magda is also an Olympic marathoner and 2015 Western States 100 winner. Reba Gray will lead yoga sessions tailored for runners. Our base will be the Dance Palace in Point Reyes Station. The group size is limited. There will be multiple distances and pacing available for each group run. 

You can sign up for the full weekend or Saturday-only. Optional lodging is available for the weekend.

Why running + yoga? We believe that a consistent practice of running and yoga can provide balanced and powerful physical and mental training for runners and yogis of all ages, sizes and experience levels. Yoga for runners is intended to provide you with yoga sessions that fit in pre or post-run, on the same day as a run, or on a running rest day. At our retreats, we combine quality group runs with expert coaching sessions, yoga designed for runners, healthy meals and group camaraderie in world-class locations. The group dynamic provides motivation and positive energy, making the workouts fun and fast.
