Event Description

Join us on our 2nd Annual Hanford Cow Run, Half Marathon & 5K. This is an exciting Half Marathon and 5K course, its fast and located on the flat rural roads of Hanford. This course will take you through the dairies where you’re cheered on by our much-loved milk cows! The Hanford Cow Run is a walker-friendly course. Walkers are always welcome! This race is excellent for beginners and experience runners nabbing a personal best. Runners or walkers who sign up for the race should have the chance to record excellent times, as the course is primaraly flat.

Event details and schedule

Hanford Cow Run will take place on Sunday, February 5th, 2017. The Half Marathon will start at 8:00am follow by the 5K at 8:15am. The start/finish line will be located on the street of N. Mustang. After the race join us for The Cow-Fest!

Half Marathon participants are required to complete the course in 4 hours. Please be aware that the course is supervised by CHP officers, but not closed to local traffic. Due to safety concerns, the use of iPods and other music players is highly discouraged and pets are not permitted on the race course.
