Event Description

Do you enjoy Detective Shows and 5K races? How about new challenge? 

This is not your ordinary 5k race nor is this an ordinary scavenger hunt race. This is a Murder Mystery 5k race! 

 
You will be running around town in a 3.1 mile radius (just like a 5k), solving clues and riddles (just like a scavenger hunt). What makes us different is while running around 3.1 mile radius solving clues and riddles, you will also be solving a murder crime scene. That's right, you will be a detective for a day, scattered around town solving a murder. 
 
To win this race, you will need more than just speed. You will need critical thinking skills, intuition, and a pair of comfortable shoes.  
 
You will also need a group of 2-4 members to join your squad.

Event details and schedule

 

Event Schedule: March 18, 2017, at 1 pm. Make sure to arrive 30min. early.

What to bring:Please make sure to bring a photo ID. You are not eligible to check-in without a photo ID. You may bring your snacks and drinks. Recommend to bring water and sunblock.

What to wear:Please, dress accordingly for the weather and be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Although this is a walking event, we do not recommend that you wear sandals. 

Parking:There will be no parking spaces saved for the event. There are parking structures or street parking nearby. All participants must abide by the law CVC 21950(b).

Arriving:When arriving at the restaurant,  please meet with us in the patio. Our members will be wearing the Murder Mystery T-Shirts.
