Event Description
Inspired by St. Mary's mission to improve the health and quality of life of people in our local communities our medical center is organizing our annual healthiest community 5K Fit 4 Life community run/obstacle course on Saturday, May 20, 2017.
The event will be held in Apple Valley and proceeds from this event will benefit St. Joseph Health, St. Mary and provide needed college scholarships for our youth volunteers. St. Joseph Health, St. Mary has been serving the High Desert communities for more than 60 years and is now the only non-profit hospital in the High Desert.

8:00 a.m. HD Fit 4 Life 5K start

Teams: Group of 10 or more
Minimum of 10 members per team
If you create or join a team, and if such team does not have 10 members registered by 5/15/17, you may be charged an additional $5.00
Team Captain Roles/Responsibilities

- Create password for your team members
- Ask your team members to register under team name
