Event Description
The challenging and popular Bulldog runs consist of two races - the 50K Ultra Run and the 25K Trail Run, which are conducted simultaneously. Come join us and run in the beautiful scenic Santa Monica Mountains recreational area for the "original" Bulldog Trail Runs beginning at our base camp in Malibu Creek State Park, Malibu California.
We look forward to you joining us at the 26th annual event for a memorable day in Malibu Creek State Park.
RRCA 50K Awards to Male/Female Winners, as follows:
- Open Division (fastest time by male & female age 18 or over)
- Master Division (fastest time by male & female age 40 or over)
- Grand Master Division (fastest time by male & female age 50 or over)
- Senior Grand Master Division (fastest time by male & female age 60 or over)
- Top 3 male & female runners in 10-year age divisions.
25K Awards:
- Overall male/female
- Top 3 male & female runners in 10-year age divisions
Event details and schedule
RACE START TIMES:
50K start 6:30 AM -- (9-hour time limit for 50K) No early starts: Course closes at 3:30 PM.
25K start 7:30 AM -- (8-hour time limit for 25K) No early starts: Course closes at 3:30 PM.
50K -- THE COURSE: Start and finish at base camp. Double loop course totaling 30.70 miles per 2001 Tom Harrison Maps.
