Event Description
Description
Participants will learn the concept of the butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle drills geared toward creating an efficient, fluent stroke. Coaches will also discuss principles of streamline, body position in the water, kicking techniques and starts and turns. Pre-requisite: Students must be able to swim one lap of freestyle unassisted and have a basic concept of the three other strokes.
