Join us in Prospect Park for either a 5K or a 10K. We’re excited about running in the warmer, spring weather and even more excited to be in this absolutely breathtaking part of Brooklyn. But the best part? This race benefits CAMBA, a nonprofit that provides services that connect people with opportunities to enhance their quality of life.
CAMBA's services reach more than 45,000 individuals and families each year, including 10,000 youth, and bring critical programs to a diverse cross-section of New Yorkers, from new mothers in Brownsville to young people in after-school programs in East New York to job seekers in the Rockaways. Your support helps CAMBA break the cycle of poverty by bringing more of these important programs and services to low-income New Yorkers.
Event details and schedule
You'll run almost 2 complete loops of the park (but you'll only run the hill once!) for the 10K and a little less than a loop for the 5K.
Bag check and toilets will be provided. Water will be available on the course, and bagels, spreads, fresh fruit and more will make up the usual great NYCRUNS post race spread to greet you at the finish line. The giveaway for this race will be a tech t-shirt*. Free finish line photos and video will be available on your results page within a week of the race.
*Sizes are guaranteed if you register by 4/6/20 and pick up at pre-race pickup on 4/17 or if you opt to have your bib mailed to you.
