Event Description

In partnership with the City of Seminole, LiFT - Learning Independence For Tomorrow will be putting on their Inaugural Park2Park Walk/Run 5K.

The 5K Walk/Run will kick off from Seminole City Park and run along Pinellas Trail to Lake Blossom Park followed by with a quick turn around to return to Seminole City Park. Park2Park will raise funds for LiFT, a nonprofit in Seminole, FL, which specializes in providing challenging academics and career readiness for children and young adults with neurodiversities. Neurodiversities can include Autism, Down syndrome, ADD/ADHD and Asperger's. The Race will kick off the Annual Pow Wow Seminole Festival. 

Here's your chance to LiFT up one of our students in a more direct way! When you register to participate in our Park2Park 5K you can request to "buddy-up" with one of our students! As a buddy you can donate one of your previous race medals which will then be presented to one of our current LiFT Academy or LiFT U students! Our Virtual Runners are also able to "buddy-up"…!

Please come out and walk/run for the awareness of inclusion for students with Neurodiversities. Gather your family and friends or put together a corporate team.  You are even able to participate in our race and support LiFT by becoming virtual runner! So lace up those shoes and come walk and run for LiFT students and young adults!
