Event Description

The Fairfield County Bank Westport Kiwanis Triathlon is a fun family friendly event open to all ability levels. The swim is point to point at beautiful Compo Beach. The shorter bike and run courses are flat through lovely Compo Beach neighborhood streets. The event is ideal for first time timers, and families wishing to race together.

If you wish to donate funds for our College Scholarships you can do that now by registering for the event and selecting the option Triathlon - Donation Only.

Awards for age group winners and relays and post race party for everyone will be provided after the race.

Tony Trujillo will be at the race finish providing massages for all of our racers!

The Westport Kiwanis Club has been active donating funds for local charities and scholarships. Here is an example of the funds used for the WEMS, which was a great help for the Westport Community

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

September 12
10 am - 1 pm: optional packet pick-up at Fairfield County bank, Westport cT

September 13- RACE DAY!
6:00 am : Registration and timing chips pick-up open
7:00 am : Registration and timing chips pick-up close
7:10 am : Race Director talk in front of lifeguard shack
7:20 am : National Anthem
7:30 am : Race starts with the first wave of swimmers
8:30 am : Breakfast on the beach and massages
8:45 am : First results posted 
9:15 am : Awards ceremony by the Compo Beach Pavillion
