The Kansas City Running Club Half Marathon Training Program will prepare you for your race!
KCR Half Marathon Training sessions last for 14 weeks and are targeted to spring and fall half marathons.
Each session starts at Aixois, 251 E 55th St, Kansas City, MO 64113 at 7:00 am.
- Weekly training plan emailed to you and turn by turn written directions to carry on your run
- Aid stations with water and Gatorade approximately every 2 miles
- Guidance from a Road Runner Club of America certified coach and the ability to get personalized help
- Swag created just for half marathon training participants
- Meeting new running friends
Aixois provides water before and after the runs, and a $6.50 member only breakfast on Saturdays
