Event Description

Help us raise money for Operation Christmas Hope. All the proceeds from this race will go directly towards buying Christmas toys for underpriveledge kids. This organization is 100% volunteer run, and helps hundreds of kids in the local area. If that isn't enough motivation to get you out to run in the cold, how about delicious post race Hot Cocoa and a custom commemorative Hot Cocoa Mug? That's right! You will get a race t shirt, AND a sweet mug. We will also be accepting unopened toys and additional donations at the race. We hope to see you there!  Registration opens at 8:30am and race starts at 9:00am 

Event details and schedule

The Hot cocoa 10K starts a Legion Park on the Centennial Trail, runs North to Haller Park, West through Haller Park onto Eagle Trail, Right on Dike road to the turn around, the course then repeats back onto centennial trail heading South following 67th ave NE, then East at the 67th ave Ne and 204th st NE intersection, North at 69th ave NE, North again on Centennial trail Finishing at Legion Park. 

Hot Cocoa 5K starts a little south of Legion Park, Heads North on Centennial Trail, Turns around at Division Street, then follows the same course as the 10K with the finish at Legion Park.
