Event Description
Try something new... The BLOOMFIELD AVE BIATHLON. Start with a 30 minute run and move into a 45 minute row or ride. This fun, multi-sport workout will help us raise money for Toni's Kitchen!
WORKOUT SCHEDULE:
6:45 am - Check in at Fleet Feet
7:00 am - RUN starts from Fleet Feet. Thirty minute out and back run
7:30 -7:45 am - TRANSITION to next scheduled workout
7:45 - 8:30 am - 45 minute RIDE or ROW class
*Space is limited to 55 participants.
