Event Description

Home of Guiding Hands (HGH) and Randy Jones, former San Diego Padre and National League CY Young Award Winner, will once again join forces to support over 3,800 infants, adolescents and adults with a developmental disability. Join us February 29th, 2020 for the Randy Jones Run/Walk for Independence 5K. Make a difference in the lives of more than 3,800 children and adults with a developmental disability. Together we can make independence possible.

Meet & Greet with Randy Jones throughout the event. 

EVENT FEES

All registration levels will receive event t-shirt, swag bag, post-event snacks & participation medal.

Age groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over.

DETAILS

Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age category. 

ALL participants will receive a medal at the finish line.

Parking Info - Plenty of free parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Pet Info - Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed at Crown Point Park. Please leave pets at home so they are not confined to your car.

T-Shirts - All registrants will receive an event t-shirt in the size specified on their registration form. You must be present to receive the event day t-shirt. Shirts are ordered in advance and are first come first serve. 

Complimentary breakfast burritos will be available to all race particpants.
