Join us for our monthly Run or Wine 5k events! This month we'll be ADDING yoga as part of the experience!
9am packet pickup and registration
10am run/walk starts
11am yoga *bring your own mat.
12pm tasting on your own (wine, beer, cider)
Registration includes run/walk, yoga, wine tastings, commemorative pin and free race photo downloads.
“After your 5k, enjoy a relaxing & rejuvenating yoga class taught by local instructor, Christina from Tina Yoga . In our yoga flow we will stretch & balance, as well as rest & relax. We will move with our breath, and learn to stay calm and keep heart rate low during challenge. This will be the perfect addition to your 5k. This class is ALL LEVELS, and no experience required.
