Event Description
The Mini Moraine Man Youth Triathlon and Multi-Sport Races Youth ages 4 to 12 and adult races ages 13 and older.
All races will happen at Pleasant Valley Beach at the South Shore.
Packet pick-up starts at 5:00 PM, Races start at 6:00 PM, youth races will start at 6:00 PM with the 4-6 year old duathlon and triathlon. 6:20 will be the 7-10 duathlon and triathlon and 6:50 will be the 11-12 year olds. The adult races will start at 7:30 PM and the Warrior Triathlon will start at the end of the adult races. During that time we will have awards and our beach dance party and post race food and fun. Let's enjoy the late summer nights of June and have a great event.
Kids and adults of all ages can enjoy this race and compete in a triathlon, duathlon, adventure race, warrior triathlon or aqua bike.
4 and under
Triathlon: swim 25 yards, bike ¼ mile, run 1/8 mile, Duathlon: run 1/8 mile, bike ¼ mile, run 1/8 mile, Aqua bike: swim 25 yards, bike ¼ mile.
5-6 year olds
Triathlon: swim 50 yards, bike ½ mile, run 1/4 mile, Duathlon: run ¼ mile, bike ½ mile, run ¼ mile, Aqua bike: swim 50 yards, bike ½ mile.
7-8 year olds
Triathlon: swim 100 yards, bike 3 miles, run ½ mile, Duathlon: run ¼ mile, bike 3 miles, run ½ mile, Aqua bike: swim 100 yards, bike 3 miles.
9-10 year olds
Triathlon: swim 100 yards, bike 3 miles, run ½ mile, Duathlon: run ½ mile, bike 3 miles, run ½ mile, Aqua bike: swim 100 yards, bike 3 miles.
11-12 year olds
Triathlon: swim 200 yards, bike 6 miles, run 1.2 miles, Duathlon: run ½ mile, bike 3 miles, run 1 mile, Aqua bike: swim 200 yards, bike 6 miles.
13 to 15
Triathlon: swim 400 yards, bike 6 miles, run 1.5 miles, Duathlon: run 1 mile, bike 6 miles, run 1 mile, Aqua bike: swim 400 yards, bike 6 miles.
16 and older: swim 400 yards, bike 6 miles and run 2 miles. Duathlon, run 1 mile, bike 6 miles, run 1 mile, Aqua bike: swim 400 yards, bike 6 miles, adventure race, kayak or paddle 1 mile, bike 6 miles, run 2 miles.
Warrior Triathlon: Swim 200 yards, bike 3 miles, run 1 mile, there will be obstacles throughout the course.
After the races, enjoy great food and fun on the beach at the South Shore.

7-8 year olds
Triathlon: swim 100 yards, bike 3 miles, run ½ mile, Duathlon: run ¼ mile, bike 3 miles, run ½ mile, Aqua bike: swim 100 yards, bike 3 miles.
9-10 year olds
Triathlon: swim 100 yards, bike 3 miles, run ½ mile, Duathlon: run ½ mile, bike 3 miles, run ½ mile, Aqua bike: swim 100 yards, bike 3 miles.
11-12 year olds
Triathlon: swim 200 yards, bike 6 miles, run 1.2 miles, Duathlon: run ½ mile, bike 3 miles, run 1 mile, Aqua bike: swim 200 yards, bike 6 miles.
13 to 15
Triathlon: swim 400 yards, bike 6 miles, run 1.5 miles, Duathlon: run 1 mile, bike 6 miles, run 1 mile, Aqua bike: swim 400 yards, bike 6 miles.
16 and older: swim 400 yards, bike 6 miles and run 2 miles. Duathlon, run 1 mile, bike 6 miles, run 1 mile, Aqua bike: swim 400 yards, bike 6 miles, adventure race, kayak or paddle 1 mile, bike 6 miles, run 2 miles.
Warrior Triathlon: Swim 200 yards, bike 3 miles, run 1 mile, there will be obstacles throughout the course.
After the races, enjoy great food and fun on the beach at the South Shore.
