Event Description

The Embrace the Suck 5K and 5M is the race of a lifetime. The race includes distances of either 5K or 5 Miles and an option of a Burden Run. The Burden Run is either and individual or team event where you will run either of the distances with a 20lbs sandbag. The sandbag can be passed between team members but cannot be carried by commercial means (IE: Backpack or Ruck)
