"RUN LIKE A LEGEND" and join us for our 7TH ANNUAL COACH POST 10K/5K & 1 MILE FUN RUN
Join us for the seventh annual Coach Post Run as we carry on the tradition. This is a family friendly road race at St. Andrews State Park! Our flat and fast course is surrounded by sugary white beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Walkers and runners of all levels are welcome on this USA Track & Field certified course. Registered Participants will receive a Coach Post Run T-shirt. However, we cannot guarantee your t-shirt size if registered after March 23, 2020.
Race will take place rain or shine. In the event of Thunderstorms we will delay one hour.

EVENT SCHEDULE
* 6am (Central Time) the Park opens early for the race – all race participants get FREE entrance into St. Andrews State Park for the entire day!
* 6am - 6:30am Onsite Registration begins
* 7:00 a.m. 10K Start; 7:15 a.m. 5K Start; and 8:15 a.m. 1 Mile Fun Run Start
Race will take place rain or shine. In the event of Thunderstorms we will delay one hour.
THE RACE COURSE
The course winds through the pristine surroundings of St. Andrews State Park, one of Florida’s top 3 most popular parks. Volunteers will be lining the route at water/aid stations to cheer you on. This is an officially "chip timed race" USAT&F certified course. After the race you and your family can enjoy the beaches, nature trails or even the ferryboat to Shell Island, all offered by St. Andrews State Park!
PARKING
Participants are asked to carpool, as parking is limited. All racers will use the main parking lots at the Pier in St. Andrews State Park. The park opens for normal operations at 8am and the 10k RACE STARTS at 7:00 am, so please make sure to arrive with plenty of time for parking and registration. Traffic will be routed through the park.

* 10k = $45
* 5k = $35
* 1-Mile Fun Run = $20
AWARDS
Custom high quality race medals are awarded for the Overall 1st place finishers in the 10k & 5k event, as well as the top 1st place finishers for males and females in the following age categories per 10k & 5k event: (8-10), (11-13), (14-16), (17-19), (20-24), (25-29), (30-34), (35-39), (40-44), (45-49), (50-59), (60+) Custom finisher medals will be awarded to the first 400 racers as they cross the finish line of the 5K, 10K as well as the 1 MILE FUN RUN.
