Come and join us for a great run in the Historic Filipinotown community. The event will benefit COLORECTAL CANCER RESEARCH, TYPHOON HAIYAN AND LAPD RAMPART CADETS. We appreciate your support and in the way help you stay active. You may register for the walking division if you plan to walk the entire course or if you plan to walk but also do a little of running please register for the running division. There will be awards for the top three in the walking division. As for the running division there is awards for the top three plus also age group awards. 5k Run/Walk Kick-off will be at 7:30 AM at 1925 W. Temple Street, L.A. 90026. This event celebrated the anniversary of the designation of Historic Filipinotown in Los Angeles. The 5K Run/Walk will cut through the heart of Historic Filipinotown with a rolling street closure along Temple Street. Festival : 10am to 7pm. The course is out and back. You will pass the same water station on your way back. The event will be CHIP timed. Your Bib is also your Chip. Please do not bend your Bibs. Your time will start when you hit the starting line mats so there is no need to be bunch in front. Please pin your BIB on the front of your shirt. It will still read if you decide to pin on the back but we prefer on the front.
