Description
In these clinics, swimmers will learn correct technique for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly in addition to racing starts, flip turns and legal finishes. Competition swimming rules will be used and applied during the clinics. Southgate's clinics are designed for children ages 5-18 who can swim at least 25 yards of freestyle (crawl stroke), or who have completed the Goldfish level or equivalent of swim lessons.
