Come run the trails for a great cause! The 7th Annual Rose Run sponsored by A Runner's Circle Los Angeles will kick off Breast Cancer awareness month on Sunday, October 4th. Proceeds from this event will support the Thrivorship program at The Disney Family Cancer Center at Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Burbank. This program is structured to help cancer patients thrive after treatments with guidance, nutrition information, therapy and so much more. Race director Jessica Cribbs started The Rose Run in 2009 after losing her mother to breast cancer at the age of 54. Rose was an amazing, inspirational, hard working woman. Her family is using thost traits to help make a difference for cancer patients where they can by donating to research and patient care such as the Thrivorship program. Come run the trails with us! You can participate in the 5k run/walk or sign your kids up for the 1k fun run!
