With careful consideration and in an abundance of caution due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the annual Town of Jupiter Turtle Trot 5K scheduled for Saturday, May 2, 2020 has been cancelled. We greatly appreciate the loyalty of our participants, with many of you coming back year after year; we hope that you will understand that we did not make this decision lightly. The health and well-being of our community is of upmost importance. This was to be the 30th anniversary of this hometown tradition so we want to be able to give the race the attention it deserves. We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday, May 1, 2021.
If you have already registered for the 2020 race, you will be receiving a refund in the upcoming weeks. If you have any questions, please call the Jupiter Community Center at 741-2400.
The Town of Jupiter would like to invite all runners to join us for our 30th Annual Turtle Trot 5K Run. The Turtle Trot 5K has become a hometown tradition for many racers as well as an exciting race for families and first-time participants.
The course is an out and back 3.1-mile race along the beautiful Jupiter beach. The race finishes inside Ocean Cay Park where runners will enjoy post race music, delicious continental breakfast items, complimentary massages and more.
A free tech shirt will be provided to all registered participants, available sizes are first come, first served. All finishers will receive a medal for completing the 5K. Accuchip will manage all timing and scoring.
The last few years have sold out, the 5K race is limited to 800 participants. Register early to secure your spot!

PARKING:
We are encouraging participants, friends and families to carpool, walk or ride your bike to the race. Parking will be difficult so please allow yourself enough time prior to the start of the race. Limited parking will be available at Ocean Cay Park. If you park in Ocean Cay Park, traffic will be restricted to emergency vehicles once the races start, vehicles will not be allowed to enter or leave the park until the 5K has finished.

Your packet contains your race bib and other special samples and offers.
•You are able to pick up packets for family & friends.
•For your convenience, if you are picking up packets for 3 or more participants, please email ahead jennyb@jupiter.fl.us to let us know the names so we can have the packets ready for you.
•Race packets will also be available for pick up on race day under the registration tents located across from the scoring trailer.
