Event Description
The 7th annual One Community Now Hunger Walk takes place at Gulf High School Football Track and Field. This is a fundraiser to build awareness about Childhood Hunger and to raise money to help fight Chidhood Hunger by supporting our Pack A SAck Food 4 Kids program. The 1 mile run is 4 laps around the track. The 1/4 mile run is for elementary age children and is just one lap around the track. The event also includes a pre-race warmup and stretching at 8:30 AM, and post-race festiviteis for the entire family, complete with vendors, food trucks, Touch A Truck, bounce house, dodgeball, face-painting, music and raffles.
Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded in each catagory. Sign up today and help us fight hunger while enjoying a quick run around the track.
$20 registration fee for 1 Mile Fun Run and $15 registration fee for 1/4 Mile Kids Fun Run includes a runner shirt, swag bag and medal for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

Please plan to arrive early to find a parking space and to allow time to get signed in. Parking and entrace to the walk are free. Plan to stick around after the run for some fun with vendors, food trucks, bounce houses, children's games, raffles and more.

8:30 AM Warmup exercises and stretching
8:45 AM 60+ age group 1 mile run
9:00 AM 40-59 age group 1 mile run
9:15 AM 19-39 age group 1 mile run
9:30 AM 11-18 age group 1 mile run
9:45 AM 5 -10 age group 1/4 mile run.
Free activiteis from 10 - 12 nooon.
